Affirmations of the week

Hello

Welcome, to this week’s Affirmations of the Week!

Positive Affirmations Every Monday!

Many of us struggle daily with our inner negative Nancy. Although, I have discovered a way to block out negative thoughts. It helps to write down positive quotes and affirmations that make me feel confident and more at peace.

When I find myself in a mood for the day, I refer back to the positive quotes and affirmations I’ve previously written to help snap out of the negativity. Happiness is a choice you have to choose every day. I know all too well how easy it can be to fall into that overthinking cycle of negativity and how difficult it can be to get out. That’s the reason I make these posts every Monday to help others like me break that cycle.

Positive Quotes

If it doesn’t challenge you,

It doesn’t change you.

There’s always some truth behind “just kidding”,

Knowledge behind every “I don’t know”,

Emotion behind “I don’t care”, and pain behind “It’s okay”.

One, remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exists.
Be curious, and however difficult life may seem,
there is always something you can do and succeed at.

It matters that you don’t just give up

Stephen Hawking

Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Dealing with life, everyday stuff and emotions can be tough.

You’re a brave soul on a mission.

You got this.

Don’t let anyone’s ignorance, hate, drama or negativity stop you from being the best person you are.

You don’t always have to know what to do next;

Just live.

Be kind.

Even on your bad days.

You don’t get results by focusing on results, you get results by focusing on the actions that produce results.

Mike Hawkins
