Monday
Focus: Self Care

Take a bath, exfoliate, do a face mask, meditate

Tuesday
Focus: Clean

Tackle a surface around your house that you’ve been putting off. Desk, drawer, closet, laundry, etc.

Wednesday
Focus: Digital Detox

Give yourself the night off from any screen time & get creative!

Thursday
Focus: Delete

Go through old emails, messages or apps that you no longer need or use

Saturday
Focus: Health

Make a healthy dinner tonight, eat lots of fruits and veggies throughout the day & drink LOTS of water

Sunday
Focus: Energize

Take a nature walk outside & get some fresh air! Have a picnic at a park, read in the grass, smell some flowers

If you didn’t make any progress today, Try again tomorrow.
