Random Prompt Question: What was meaningful today?

Random Prompt Question: What was meaningful today?

Hello

Todays random prompt question is:

What was meaningful today?

Well, if we are talking about actual events that happened only today. I’d have a list full of mindfulness, such as: Waking up healthy well rested in my bed, inside my own house that I share with my best friend who our relationship is so solid we can be away from each other and still hold the love and trust towards one another. These are the simple gratitudes I experience every morning that make the day meaningful, but today. I want to share my awakening..

Today is meaningful for so many reasons. I have a TON of blessings to count and still counting. But today isn’t about that. My awakening, my meaningful day, was because I see myself today. I need to say that again, I CAN SEE MYSELF TODAY. I can see everything I want to become inside of me. I see my beauty. I see my heart. I see my true personality, and I’m in love. I see a beautiful woman, the kind of woman I’ve always envied in others. I see her in me. She’s always been there, and I only know that because people say “everything you want to be is already inside of you,”
I always knew that but experiencing it!?
I feel reborn. I feel happy for the first time in a long time. Because for once in my life, I can finally say I am in love with myself.

I hope you enjoyed today’s post. I’ll see you soon with another!

Please, feel free to write your thoughts on the prompt. What was meaningful today?

Affirmations of the week!

Affirmations of the week!

Hello

Welcome, to this week’s Affirmations of the Week!

Positive Affirmations Every Monday!

Many of us struggle daily with our inner negative Nancy. Although, I have discovered a way to block out negative thoughts. It helps to write down positive quotes and affirmations that make me feel confident and more at peace.

When I find myself in a mood for the day, I refer back to the positive quotes and affirmations I’ve previously written to help snap out of the negativity. Happiness is a choice you have to choose every day. I know all too well how easy it can be to fall into that overthinking cycle of negativity and how difficult it can be to get out. That’s the reason I make these posts every Monday to help others like me break that cycle.

Affirmations

  • Enjoy today
  • I am choosing to prioritize my mental health
  • I will celebrate each goal I accomplish with gratitude and joy
  • I am beautiful just as I am
  • I am good at loving others and I make others happy
  • I am growing into the greatness I was born for
  • I am making my health a priority by reducing stress.
  • Every day I do my best to improve myself

kareena kapoor khan

Don’t let your mind bully you.

Hey y’all! I’m back ❤

I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween!!

Sorry, sorry, I’m sorry

I missed this Mondays affirmations of the week!

I do apologize.

I’m currently in Chicago and loving this cold fall weather, it also rained all weekend so when Monday came around I was hibernating.

I’ve been addicted to animal crossings on my Nintendo switch as well, trying to get ready for the new update!

Cozy vibes all around and I’m loving it.

It’s also very needed for me to relax and unwind.

With that said…

You probably won’t get very much out of me in the next couple weeks. I have one post in mind coming up, but other than that I’ve been working on my game LOL!

Still I wanted to come in and say hi 👋

Welcome to all my new followers thank you!

Happy Halloween 🎃

Everyone be safe! Have fun.

How to identify your feelings

How to identify your feelings

Hey you!

I had to share this is something I struggle with daily!

On my not-so-good days, I know something isn’t feeling right inside myself, but I can’t figure out the reason why I’m unsettled.
The first mistake that I’m still trying to work through is when we experience an off day on most occasions, it isn’t due to one specific reason.
Most unwanted feelings are usually caused by multiple triggers, even the triggers’ we weren’t aware of

Here are a few tips we can try to help us identify our feeling:

*List your worries!

*Don’t judge whether or not your thoughts are valid.

*Journal!

*Figure out if your body is giving you signals, like upset stomach- anxiety
Clenched jaw- anger

*Find 3 words to describe how you’re feeling

Try to open up and talk to someone

That’s all for today, just a few quick tips to try out next time instead of overthinking to death.

I hope this helps.

How deep are your roots?

How deep are your roots?

Hey

I found this in a magazine and had to share!
Here we go:

Do you have a strong sense of who your are and what you believe in? Are you easily uprooted by beliefs and opinions of others or do you stand strong and tall for what you hold true? Can you bend and sway in the wind without compromising your integrity?

Each tree that stands tall and strong in the forest lends its support to neighboring trees.

It’s important to take time to identify the core values and beliefs that help to drive your behavior and thoughts. Often dissatisfaction with life or a difficulty in decision-making comes from either not being clear about your values or not living by them. Sometimes this is because people are unsure about their beliefs or haven’t delved deeply enough into who they are. Others may be living with inherited values-from guardians or peers-that either never did or no longer belong to them.

Identifying your core values

Without thinking too much, using a stream of consciousness, write your response to the following questions.
Jot down as much or as little as you feel you want to. For each, imagine having, doing, or being those things in as much detail as possible.
What would you see, hear, and feel? What’s so good about it? What would it give you?

What do you have/want to have that’s important to you?

What do you want to do?

Who do you want to be?

To help get you started, here are a few examples or core values:

  • Achievement
  • Adventure
  • Authenticity
  • Authority
  • Balance
  • Boldness
  • Challenge
  • Citizenship
  • Community
  • Compassion
  • Competence
  • Contribution
  • Creativity
  • Curiosity
  • Determination
  • Fairness
  • Faith
  • Fame
  • Fun
  • Growth
  • Happiness
  • Honesty
  • Humor
  • Influence
  • Justice
  • Kindness
  • Knowledge
  • Leadership
  • Learning
  • Love
  • Loyalty
  • Openness
  • Optimism
  • Peace
  • Popularity
  • Power
  • Recognition
  • Reputation
  • Respect
  • Security
  • Self-Respect
  • Service
  • Spirituality
  • Stability
  • Status
  • Success
  • Trustworthiness
  • Wisdom

This helped me out a TON! It helps me to figure out what I really want for myself.

I hope you enjoy this post & I hope it helps!

the less capable you are of loving the present.

The thoughts in your mind affect your outer world,
think your best feeling thoughts as much as you can.

The biggest source of motivation are your own thoughts,
so think big and motivate yourself to win.

Never take anything for granted because sooner or later the wheel turns.

You are allowed to take your time,
to grow in your own beautiful way.

Random Prompt Question: Are you lucky?

Hello,

Welcome to my Random Prompt Question.

I had done this a while back, but I got burnt out..

Probably because I stressed myself out trying to do them daily.
Anyways I wanna try again but i’ll pace myself this go around.

Today’s question is:

Are you lucky; how so or not so?

I like to think that l am a lucky girl. For starters, I have the best people in my life. And amazing people who I have grown out of, and that’s okay. Things happen, but I’m still grateful for them, Past and present friends. My family, my sweet future husband/best boyfriend ever.

I also feel lucky for my job. This company has done so much for me. It has opened my eyes to a whole new world I never knew was out there. I’m just lucky enough to have the opportunity to get to travel and work on the road but still explore and find myself.

Now I have been to a casino a few too many times and lost more than I care to admit so, I’m not THAT lucky!

Still though, all jokes aside I am a very lucky, very blessed.

I hope you enjoyed today’s post. I’ll see you soon with another!

Please, feel free to write your thoughts on the prompt. Are you lucky; how so or not so?
