I also travel a lot for my job.

I aim to be more present, mindful, compassionate, positive, grateful, honest, and to love myself.🌻❤️

I struggle with anxiety and depression. I am constantly at war with myself, always overthinking. I have zero confidence; I fight hard to stay positive, but WE CAN DO THIS! I am working on it. I am seeking help, and I am documenting my journey.

Being reunited with my love for writing, I am simply here to share my journey through life, one blog post at a time. I’m no expert, that’s for sure, and I am always open to feedback on my work.
